Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kore Wear! If something doesn't fit quite right or you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

What We Accept

Returns: Full refund to your original payment method
Exchanges: Different size or color (subject to availability)
Store Credit: Available for all eligible returns

Items We Can't Accept

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Worn or washed items
• Items without tags
• Undergarments or intimates (unless defective)
• Final sale items

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at returns@kore-wear.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label
3. Pack your items securely and ship them back
4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at support@kore-wear.com. We'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
