Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they're already being processed. Contact us at support@kore-wear.com and we'll do our best to help.

How do I find my size?
Check our size guide on each product page. Our activewear is designed to fit snug for support — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Do your pieces run true to size?
Yes! Our sizing is consistent across all products. Check the size chart and customer reviews for fit feedback.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Processing time is 1-3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. See our full Return Policy for details.

How do I exchange for a different size?
Email returns@kore-wear.com with your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

Product Care

How should I wash my Kore Wear?
Machine wash cold with like colors, hang or lay flat to dry. Avoid fabric softener and bleach to keep your pieces looking their best.
